The atmosphere felt a bit nosy with the manager’s questions about arrival times, and there was a lack of responsiveness with the TV remote and door issues—definitely a basic stay that just meets the minimum needs.

My stay at Knights Inn Mt. Gilead was delightful. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Dan, who treated every guest kindly. I appreciated the clean and comfortable room with great amenities, including a 32-inch LED television with cable. It felt like home during my trip.

The manager provided exceptional service, quickly resolving my internet issues. The ambiance was welcoming, and the location offered cheaper gas prices, which was an unexpected bonus during our road trip. Unfortunately, the pool area could use some expansion, and parking was a bit tight. The room felt cozy but had a few outlets that weren't functional.

The beds were surprisingly comfy, and I loved the cozy little breakfast nook where I enjoyed my morning coffee. It was nice to kick back by the pool and unwind after a long day. however, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. If you're looking for a budget-friendly spot, this place is definitely worth checking out! 😊

We had a wonderful time staying here with kiddo. The cozy room felt like home, and the breakfast nook was perfect for our family. Plus, being just a short drive to the Columbus Zoo made our trip even more special!
